RETURN POLICY

WE HOPE YOU LOVE WHAT YOU ORDERED, BUT IN CASE YOU DON'T—PERHAPS IT'S A LITTLE TOO BIG OR THE STYLE JUST ISN'T YOU—WE'LL SEND YOU A NEW SIZE, COLOR, OR STYLE, OR ISSUE YOU A REFUND. HERE'S WHAT WE REQUIRE:

1. MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

2. IT MUST IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION- TAGS ATTACHED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, & UNALTERED.

3. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE PACKING SLIP WITH YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE AND/OR ON THE PACKING SLIP. 


THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS AND WILL BE DENIED:

- UNDERWEAR, EARRINGS & INTIMATES
- RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER 10 DAYS OF THE DATE THE MERCHANDISE WAS RECEIVED
- DAMAGED, WASHED, WORN OR ALTERED ITEMS, INCLUDING ITEMS RETURNED WITH DEODORANT, MAKEUP, SMOKE, PERFUME AND/OR STAINS

 

REAL STYLE LA HAS THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS, AND TO UPDATE THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. 

IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE RECEIVED DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE (STYLE, SIZE, COLOR), CONTACT US VIA EMAIL KIM@REALSTYLELA.COM) WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

YOU MUST SEND YOUR RETURN WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE. IF RETURNING ITEMS FROM SEPARATE ORDERS, COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE AND INCLUDE PACKING SLIPS FOR EACH ITEM.

 

IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR PRICES LOW, CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES.

WE WILL REPLY WITH THE REQUIRED AUTHORIZATION NUMBER 
WRITE YOUR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE AND/OR ON YOUR PACKING SLIP
INCLUDE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP IN YOUR PACKAGE
DROP YOUR PACKAGE OFF AT YOUR DESIRED LOCAL SHIPPING STORE
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WHEN YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED (PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 DAYS)
REAL STYLE LA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN PACKAGES THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESSING

PLEASE ALLOW 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED.  REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.  YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WHEN YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND CREDITED. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY 
WHILE WE MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO PROPERLY REPRESENT REAL INVENTORY NUMBERS ON THE SITE, MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY ON OUR WEBSITE IS NOT GUARANTEED. IF MERCHANDISE IS NOT AVAILABLE BY THE TIME YOUR ORDER PROCESSES, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF THIS VIA E-MAIL. YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION E-MAIL ONCE YOUR ITEMS HAVE SHIPPED.
